It looks like this was a Kernel Panic, some VMs did take a little longer to start than we'd hope for but this is an issue we're aware of and looking into,

It looks like one of our BigV heads just restarted, if your machine was on it, it will also have been restarted. If your machine did go down, it should boot up in the next few minutes. We'll investigate why this happened in the morning.
Note: if your VM was affected by this and doesn't appear to be running now, you should be able to get it going again by restarting it from the panel or CLI.
