All discs were fixed a little while ago so please let us know if you have further problems.

We're looking in to how the problem occurred and looking at measures to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Whilst migrating discs from one storage tail to another as part of routine maintenance, networking on the receiving tail was not configured correctly, resulting in timeouts when accessing the data.

BigV discs on tail 51 are currently experiencing read/write timeouts. Engineers are working to restore these disks as quickly as possible.
