Having poked our vendor, we've received the all-clear; everything was finished by 04:00 this morning.
This status update will now be resolved. Many thanks for your patience, everyone. :)

We haven't seen any further disruption to this fibre over night, and the maintenance Window from our vendor has now passed.
There hasn't yet been an 'all clear' sent from our vendor, so I'll seek this before marking the issue as resolved.
However, everything looks stable; we've had no disruption overnight.

We appear to have had our fibre, including all wavelengths, spliced back into service at 22:40 (around 1hr20 ago) and all seems well so far.
I'll leave this open as an issue until the close of the maintenance window, at 07:00 tomorrow morning. However at this point, we should hope to be fully resilient once again.

Hello,
The correct fibre bundle was cut at 18:33, so now begins the maintenance by our vendor.
We'll attempt to keep you updated periodically.

Hello everyone,
Our dark fibre provider will be carrying out maintenance on one of the joints along the path of the dark fibre that we have between Equnix (Telecity) Kilburn House, and our data centre in Equinix (Telecity) Reynolds House. This will involve the fibre being respliced.
This work is expected to begin today, at 18:30 BST (UTC+1) and will conclude at 07:00 BST (UTC+1) tomorrow morning (17th May).
Our customer traffic will not be affected at all; the vast majority of customers can assume this to be a purely at-risk notice
The few customers with inter-site VLAN, or Wavelength services will have been contacted separately, via Email, if they are to be affected
Please be aware that throughout this period, our Reynolds House data centre will be running at reduced resilience. Whilst a 'double-cut' scenario is extremely unlikely, our previous dark fibre provider did indeed manage this. We'll of course be on-hand as ever, should anything of the same sort happen over night.
Many thanks,
Tom
