This should now be resolved, and all disks should have reconnected.
Our apologies for the unnecessary disruption to your service. The root cause has been identified as a configuration mishap on the tail, and the requisite steps will be taken to avoid this happening again in the future.

Unrelated to the ongoing switch upgrades, one of the Bytemark Cloud tails (storage servers) in York has disconnected all of its disks.
We became immediately aware of the issue and are working as fast as possible to restore service.
