A network port on the affected head was producing CRC receive errors - we've now failed over to the backup port and service has been restored to full speed. Affected virtual machines should see their I/O speed return.

Certain cloud servers are experiencing disk I/O problems. We are aware of the problem and working to restore ordinary service to the affected cloud servers.
