We've brought the affected head back online and affected servers are now booting up from a powered-off state. We wont need to take any servers offline if we need to move them to look replace any hardware later.

There may be an issue on a cloud head related to a failed disk - this is being confirmed now. Virtual machines based on this head would most likely be offline or behaving erratically.
