Hello,
There was some poor connectivity in Manchester around 10 minutes ago, following a recent DDoS attack against an IP in that data centre.
We've mitigated the attack now and things should be back to normal.
This will have been felt a bit harder by those in the same rack as the intended target (one of our customers) and also due to some of our firewalls also being in that rack.
We'll be investigating the possibility of adding capacity internally to avoid this in the future.
