All of the guests which were stopped during the course of the investigation have now been restored to service.

We've been slowly fixing this problem, and most of the affected machines should now be controllable, as expected.

Unfortunately during the resolution of this problem one of the affected hosts suffered a restart, which meant that all the guests running upon it were restarted. They should be coming back shortly,

As a result of the router issues this morning, some customers may find that they are currently unable to stop, start or reboot their cloud servers in the York zone at the moment. We're working to find a solution for this as soon as possible.
