We believe this issue has now been resolved, via a series of networking updates.

If you have any problem connecting to your serial console then please do let us know via our usual contact address.

The resolution of this problem is taking longer than anticipated, due to some significant network reworking which is required to ensure things work in a seamless fashion.

The console-access to a subset of our cloud servers is currently unavailable.

This is in the process of being investigated and restored; VNC access is still available via our panel, so if there is an emergency out-of-band access is still available.
