Normal service should now be resumed, please contact support if you notice any further issues and as usual tag your message as urgent if any cloud server is unresponsive at the console.

head23 is being rebooted for the previously mentioned reason - machines will go offline but come back online soon.

An issue with the disk on a cloud platform head requires a reboot in order to cleanly move the servers hosted on that head away. This will result in servers hosted on that head to undergo a reboot. We're considering options at the moment.
