Machines that were previously offline due to this issue should now be back online or coming back online. Affected servers that can not be operated on through the control panel are still experiencing an issue that we are working to resolve.

As a result of the errors made during the Core router replacement, the York BigV heads have become disconnected from the brains which control them.

A small number of machines have also gone down, but for all it will not currently be possible to restart or change them through the panel.

We're working to resolve this ASAP.
