The rebuild doesn't appear to be customer impacting so I'm resolving the issue. Current ETA suggests that the rebuild will complete around 6pm today

The RAID rebuild is taking longer than expected. We expect it to have fully rebuilt by Friday.

The rebuild speed didn't seem to change very much when taken offline. So the server is back online for now and we'll monitor it's progress.

One of the backup servers 'Foxtrot' has kicked a disk and is currently rebuilding it's RAID.
To allow it to rebuild in a reasonable time frame we will be taking it offline. I anticipate this completing overnight but will provide periodic updates
