This evening we discovered that the serial console for some Cloud Servers couldn't be accessed. The Cloud Servers themselves are fine, but some of you will be unable to access the serial console (as per https://www.bytemark.co.uk/docs/servers/console/ ). Sorry for the inconvenience!

We're looking into restoring serial console access as soon as possible.
