This is related to a DoS attack against one of our customers which is causing one of our firewalls to fail.
We're working to stop that ASAP.

The Brain controller for the uk0 cluster of BigV is currently down.
It is taking time to restart.
This will affect people trying to log into panel-beta, and any command you try to run through that or the BigV command line client.
