A failed power supply in a customer server caused a breaker in the data centre to trip. Once the breaker was switched back on power returned to the rack.

There maybe some delay in servers coming back online as they could be carrying out a disk check.

Both PDU msA.5.dc1.yo26.yrk and as1.5.dc1.yo26.yrk are not currently working. This issue is currently being investigated.
