Our upstream VoIP provider have given us the all clear, and calls appear to be flowing reliably once more.

Hello,

Our VoIP provider has identified a problem affecting both inbound and outbound phone calls, to our support lines. They are working to resolve the problem, but in the mean time you might find that calls to Bytemark support ring-out.

If you have an urgent issue, and cannot get through, please email support-urgent@support.bytemark.co.uk. As usual, such email requests will be dealt with urgently.
