Update : We've migrated about a 1/3rd of the discs - resolution estimate updated accordingly

We're seeing excessive filesystem fragmentation on the bigv tails causing reduced IO performance.
This was caused by a mount flag change that unfortunately didn't show the issues we're seeing during testing.
We've removed the mount flag but we're going to need to live migrate all the discs around to remove the fragmentation. This unfortunately may take a while to complete particularly with poor IO performance
