This scheduled maintenance of our ticketing system completed without incident. Normal service is restored, though none of you should have noticed anything :-)

On Wednesday 17th May starting at 17:00 GMT we'll be performing maintenance on our ticketing system. We use this system to respond to your emails, so it's pretty important! We anticipate that this will take no longer than two hours.

If you send us an email during that time, it shouldn't get lost. It will get queued and will make it into our ticketing system once we've finished the maintenance. (If you're opening a new ticket, you won't get the usual auto-response with your ticket number straight away but it'll come after the maintenance has finished.)

This maintenance window is outside of our normal business hours. If you have an urgent problem that needs attending to, please do phone us.

(Note to customers that have Managed Services with us: our monitoring systems will continue to alert us during this maintenance window.)
