We can now confirm that all Cloud Servers which were running on head54 are now running on other heads.

All Cloud Servers that were running on 'head54' are in the process of coming back online. Most are already online on different heads, so we're just making sure that the rest are coming online too.

At 15:23 GMT today, we received alerts that head54
had disconnected. While investigating, the Cloud Servers hosted on that head are currently down, however this is not currently affecting any other heads/servers.
We're working on restarting these now, and we expect them to be back up shortly.
We apologise for the outage and will post an update once we have more information.
