Things are now back to normal, and incoming calls are working fine again now.

We're experiencing a problem with our internal phone system at present, and customers will not be able to call in and speak to engineers directly, however you will still be able to leave a message and we will get back to you.

In the mean time, we're still contactable via email addresses on https://www.bytemark.co.uk/help/
