Customers are not able to control Cloud Servers via panel.bytemark.co.uk

The problem has now been resolved and customers should be able to stop, start and restart Cloud Servers normally again.

We're seeing an issue at the moment where attempting to Stop, Start or Restart a Cloud Server via the Bytemark Panel results in a long error message starting NoMethodError.

Any server which are currently running will stay up, and can usually be 'warm' restarted via the "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" button in the VNC interface as a work around.

Our developers are looking at the code now, and we expect it to be resolved fairly soon - we'll update this entry as this progresses.
