The user Management Panel at https://panel.bytemark.co.uk/ is currently unavailable due to an underlying storage problem on a proxy server that it uses. The storage problem also affects our blog, and status hosts of a few managed customers. We're working on restoring customer login to the panel as a priority.
Customer machines are not affected, but while the panel is down, you can't make changes. We apologise for this loss of service.
