We're over-running at the minute, due to some particularly unhelpful rack rails. The router is racked now, booting successfully, and we're now proceeding to re-patch it into the network.

Once links are re-established, we'll begin drawing traffic over the router again.

We've finished moving traffic away from the router in question, and will be physically relocating it momentarily.

Beginning in approx 30 minutes (22:00, UTC+1) we will be moving all customer traffic away from one of our two aggregation routers in the York YO26 data centre, in order to move it to another rack.

This work is not expected to incur any customer outages, but it does mean that many services will be running without a resilience router for the period.

Including moving the device (physically) we expect this to take between 90 & 120 minutes.

We will be monitoring all customer support methods closely, and should you experience any untoward trouble, please do get in touch.

Further status updates will be posted to this page as we progress.
