We've been made aware of an issue in relation to the Bytemark Panel not actioning requests to servers (e.g. shutdown, restart etc.). Reports are indicating console access to virtual machines is also affected.
Bytemark CLI users can still access serial console but cannot shutdown servers and other commands such as that.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we'll keep this post updated regularly on progress.
