Everything has been returned to normal, and the Bytemark Panel at https://panel.bytemark.co.uk should be working normally again.

Our phone lines are working normally again now, and incoming calls to our support number 01904 890 890 are fine again.

Some users may still be experiencing problems logging into the Bytemark Panel, however we expect this to be resolved shortly.

We are experiencing a short outage of a few internal services at present, including the Bytemark Panel at https://panel.bytemark.co.uk and internal phone system, due to an unintended network configuration error.

We don't expect any customer services are be affected at this time, and everything should be working normally again soon.
