We restarted the brain shortly before 10:50, and the issues with the panel should be resolved now. You may need to use the "refresh data" link to update your panel. Or you could just restart your browser.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

A problem with the brain Bytemark Cloud servers (usually with .uk0.bigv.io in their full names) can't currently be provisioned or reprovisioned. This issue does not affect dedicated servers (with .dh in their names) or legacy virtual machines (usually with .vm in their names).

Affected Bytemark Cloud servers continue to run with all their sites, mail servers, and other services running. You just can't change their configurations, or access their VNC consoles through the panel

VNC connections through https://panel.bytemark.co.uk/ are not currently available. You can still see all your servers listed, and for Linux machines, you can connect to their consoles as follows:

You can connect through SSH to the "Management IP" address found in the "Info" detail panel. For example, from Apple's terminal, or a Linux terminal, you might type "ssh 127.0.0.1" if your Management IP were 127.0.0.1. [It's not, 127.0.0.1 is actually the machine you're connecting from).

If you're connecting from a Windows machine, you may need to download a terminal emulator like PuTTy.
