This issue is now resolved, and all Cloud Servers should be back up as of 13:05.
The affected head had an operating system crash, and has been taken out of service until it can be fully checked out.
As always, if you are still experiencing any issues, or your Cloud Server has not started, please contact us and let us know.

At approximately 12:45 today we received an alert to let us know that 'head2' which at the time contained around 100 Cloud Servers in our Manchester data centre was not responding.
We are looking at this now, and expect all effected Cloud Servers to be back up again shortly.
