All VMs have now been migrated away from head 25.
There are some VMs that will have suffered a reboot but should now be up and running normally.
If you have continued problems. Please contact support.

There is an, as yet unknown, intermittent issue with BigV head 25. Affected VMs may see errors in syslog such as:
BUG: soft lockup – CPU#0 stuck for 21s!
We are in the process of migrating all affected VMs to other heads as a precaution.
