Earlier today we performed some maintenance work that we didn't anticipate would affect customer-facing services. However, due to a configuration mistake, some domains under .uk0.bigv.io could not resolve (ie, DNS failure) so some of you may have lost access to your server or websites. Additionally, some of you may not have been able to access to Bytemark Panel.
The problem lasted about 5 minutes, roughly between 13:50 to 13:55 today. We're very sorry indeed for the inconvenience caused and we're working on making sure this can't happen again!
