head6 remains unresponsive, but we've restarted all the Cloud Servers that were running on that machine. We apologise for the downtime on those servers.
We were alerted to the problem at 22:38, diagnosed the problem and effected a resolution by 23:17 and all affected cloud servers were restarted by 23:24.
We will of course investigate the reason for the outage, so that we can ways that we can try to prevent recurrence, and improve response time in the event that a similar incident does occur again.

bigv1-head6 has become unresponsive. Cloud servers on the head have also become unresponsive.
We're trying to restart those servers on other heads. Check back for updates.
