We've now mitigated the DoS traffic completely, so service should have returned to normal for every customers, regardless of the route into our network.

Our other major transit provider has recently dropped the traffic. We are still diagnosing some traffic through LINX, though the majority of customers should now be back to normal.

We're just dealing with this traffic through our upstream providers - one has responded and many customers will be able to see their sites again.
We are waiting for the other to acknowledge our request to resolve this issue fully.

This is as a result of a DDoS attack, and we're working to mitigate it now. Rather rarely, it is also affecting our LINX port in London, so this is going to hurt a bit more than normal.

We've just started seeing packet loss to our network - our engineers are investigating now.
