We've moved the target cloud server to its own head so no further customer interruption is expected.

We've just been alerted to what appears to be an incoming DoS attack against one of our customers. This has briefly affected the connectivity for some cloud machines on head21.

We've already identified the target and taken steps to mitigate this. We'll keep you updated.
