At this point we're reasonably certain the issue is now resolved, but will be monitoring the situation closely overnight and will begin a full investigation in the morning.

If you are still experiencing issues with your Cloud Server, please restart it via the panel but contact us via https://www.bytemark.co.uk/help/ if you are still experiencing any issues.

Investigation is continuing, with multiple teams looking at the issue from different directions with the highest priority.

At this point we're reasonably certain that the issue is not a network problem, and are investigating other avenues.

We're continuing to investigate this. We thought we'd had a resolution, but the problem seems to have recurred.

We're continuing to investigate this. We don't have a specific diagnosis yet, but we're looking closely at the dedicated storage network for cloud servers in Manchester.

We are still seeing connectivity issues in out Manchester DC, Symptoms include inability to load web pages or establish an ssh connection.

There have been some issues identified between some core routers in the Manchester DC and our investigations are still ongoing.

We are still looking into the causes of these problems, but we are working to get a resolution as quickly as we can.

We are needing to adjust the resolution time.

We're currently seeing some issues for cloud customers located in our Manchester zone where sites hosted become unresponsive and SSH slow.

We are still looking into the causes of these problems, but we are working to get a resolution as quickly as we can.

We're looking into this as a matter of urgency to resolve the issue.
