We've identified the cause of the issue and have put steps in to resolve it.

This was limited to secondary archive disks as opposed to root disks.

If any customers are still experiencing issues then please do raise a ticket via https://help.bytemark.co.uk and mark it as urgent if you feel it is.

We've become aware of an issue relating to tail9, disks hosted on this particular tail are not accessible.

We've got a team working on this. We'll keep you updated.
