All Cloud Servers in Manchester should be accessible again now.
The network problem shouldn't have caused your server to reboot, but your server's network connectivity would have been cut off for the duration of the outage. Network connectivity should now be completely restored.
We're continuing to investigate the root cause and will post any information we find on https://forum.bytemark.co.uk/
If you think this problem is still impacting your Manchester Cloud Server(s), please do get in touch.

We've managed to identify a network problem. Both racks are back online and your Cloud Servers should be coming back online shortly.

We are continuing to investigate.
We are unable to communicate with two of our racks in Manchester containing part of our Bytemark Cloud infrastructure. Our other racks in Manchester are unaffected.
Personnel on-site at the Data Centre have confirmed that both racks have power. We are currently investigating a possible network issue. As soon as we have more information, we'll post updates here.

Two of our racks in our Manchester Data Centre space appear to be down.
Unfortunately, this is affecting all Manchester Cloud Servers, which as far as we can tell are all currently inaccessible.
We've got all hands on deck trying to investigate and resolve the problem. We're also working with our Manchester Data Centre provider, Teledata, to investigate whether the cause is power-related.
