Thanks for your patience! Services are back to normal within a few minutes as of 11:34.
Initial investigation has shown that the 'heads' and 'tails' lost connectivity to the 'brain', and a quick restart of the brain software fixed this. We're still investigating what went wrong.

We've been alerted to an issue which means that some users may not be able to control servers via the Bytemark panel at https://panel.bytemark.co.uk.
You will still be able to log in, however you will not be able to start, stop, restart or connect to the servers console via the VNC option.
The servers themselves will continue running as normal however, so any Cloud Servers which are running at the moment should continue running.
Sorry about this! We're investigating and working to restore full service as soon as possible. We'll post updates here.
