As mentioned before, we've taken tail13 out of rotation. The hardware will undergo thorough investigation before redeployment.

tail13 is back online, so any affected Cloud Servers should be functional again.

We're taking tail13 out of rotation and are currently live-migrating Cloud discs away from this hardware, which should be a transparent process. This is to protect your Cloud Servers from being affected by another unexpected reboot of the tail13 hardware.

If you're still experiencing any issues then please do get in touch.

Just to make you aware, this will likely manifest in your virtual machine not going down straight away. As such, the panel will probably list the VM as still up.

We'll keep you updated here.

We've been alerted to an unexpected reboot of tail13

You might be affected if your cloud server was located on that tail

Sorry about this! We're investigating and working to restore full service as soon as possible. We'll post updates here.

If you're experiencing any problems with your services at Bytemark that you think might be related, please do get in touch.
