We successfully corrected the issue that restricted the functionality of the Bytemark Panel and it is now back to full working order.

We have finished the investigation and believe we have found the problem.

We're just attempting to correct the issue and bring back panel functionality.

We've received some monitoring alerts informing us that the Bytemark Panel might not be working as intended.

Currently, this is surfacing as actions taking a very long time and not completing and the VNC functionality not loading.

I'd like to reassure you that this will not affect the uptime of your Bytemark Cloud servers or their performance. This is solely affecting actions made from within panel.bytemark.co.uk

We're investigating this and hope to have it sorted as soon as possible.
