All servers are running again.

If you are still having problems and attempting a manual start of your server isn't working, please contact support.

VMs are still coming back online - we're down to just a small list now.

The hardware that has failed was hardware we were looking to remove from the cluster anyway (but would have required a reboot of all VMs on it to do so) so it will not be put back in to service after this mornings outage.

One of the physical machines that's part of our Cloud infrastructure suffered an unexpected filesystem-related problem. Any Cloud Servers running on head20 will have experienced an unexpected shutdown.

The guests which were running upon this host should be in the process of restarting upon other hosts, and be available once again shortly.
