Everything should be back to normal again now.
We know where the problem is and are actively working with the hardware vendor to rectify this problem.

We're currently experiencing a problem with the network in our Manchester DC.
This will affect connectivity to Bytemark Cloud servers based in Manchester as well as control of all Bytemark Cloud servers via the API, panel and Bytemark client.
Expected resolution time updated: We are currently investigating.
