Investigation is continuing and the majority of the affected servers are back up, but we believe we have located the source of the problem preventing the others from starting.

More information to follow as its available.

While around half of the Cloud Servers have started successfully, the remainder are still unable to start.

We're still investigating at present, but have updated the expected resolution.

While some of the affected Cloud Servers have started, not all have started successfully.

We're investigating now as to why they are not restarting, and will update this status post once we have more information.

The Cloud Server host 'head67' has now has been taken out of service, and affected servers are now restarting on other heads.

At this point we believe we've resolved the problem and are monitoring the situation.
