Yesterday we applied some mitigations and have been monitoring our network. We've also been in touch with the customer whose server was targeted.

This has been confirmed to be a Denial-of-Service attack targeting a Cloud Server belonging to one of our customers.
We are currently getting in touch with this customer.
Service should be back to normal. Do let us know if you've got any residual problems.

We've been alerted to a potential problem with head66 (one of the physical machines that form our Cloud infrastructure).
Affected Cloud Servers would have experienced a loss of connectivity. It does appear that connectivity is restored again and we're investigating what the problem was. More updates to follow.
