All Cloud Server have now been migrated off this faulty server, so service should be back to normal now.

About half the Cloud servers have been migrated off, so I'm hoping everything will be back to normal in the next 30-45 minutes.

We've had reports of unresponsive cloud servers this morning, all of which appear to be running on "head69" in York. It appears that the networking interface that connects the cloud servers to their discs has failed in an unexpected fashion.

We've set the servers running on that head to move to a new head, at which point they should be able to reconnect to their discs, and start working again.

Sorry about this! We're investigating and working to restore full service as soon as possible. We'll post updates here.
