All VMs which should be running are started and everything seems to be ok. Sorry for any inconvenience.

head24 is now empty. VMs are continuing to start but there is a bit of a queue.

We're getting reports of a number of BigV VMs which have turned off.
Initial investigation points to head24 being the culprit.
I've activated our emergency spare, VMs are coming back up and i'm emptying the remaining VMs off head24 on to it.
