We've been alerted to an unexpected outage of tail16 at approximately 14:10 GMT+1.

A tail is one of the physical boxes that forms part of our Cloud infrastructure. Some of your Cloud Servers will have discs running on this hardware. If you've got an affected Cloud Server, you may notice it is unresponsive or offline.

Sorry about this! We've identified the problem and full service should now be restored. We'll continue to monitor the situation in any case.
