One of the breakers was tripped by a faulty PSU in one of the Dedicated Servers. We've brought power back to the rack, so service should be restored to all of the servers.

We've been alerted to a problem with one of the racks of servers in our York data centre. If your Dedicated Server is located in this rack, it may be inaccessible and appear offline.
We've got an engineer on their way to investigate and fix.
Sorry about this! We're investigating and working to restore full service as soon as possible. We'll post updates here.
