We identified the problem and immediately started working on a fix.

We've been alerted to a problem with a tail server which makes up part of our cloud platform. This tail server is one of many tail servers that provide the disk access to your cloud server.
You might be affected if you have an archive grade disk on your server, and it is using this specific tail server. You may notice a lack of response from one of your archive disks.
This particular issue is isolated to one specific tail server and therefore the majority of customers should remain unaffeced
