We've been alerted to further issues involving disks on tail16.
Sorry about this! We have been migrating the disks from tail16 all day but have run into some issues since 16:00. We are continuing to monitor the migrations as they progress. We'll post updates here.

Tail16 has returned to service after a quick reboot, and affected Cloud Servers should be operating normally again.
We believe we've resolved the problem and are monitoring the situation closely while we investigate the cause.

We've been alerted to a potential problem with tail16, which may be affecting some Cloud Servers located in Manchester. Affected servers will likely see slow or interrupted disk IO, and may be frozen.
We're currently investigating the impact and exactly who is affected but will post updates here as soon as we know more.
