We've currently got a few issues with Bytemark Cloud:
Customers are unable to restart / shutdown VMs via the API, Bytemark Client or Panel.
Customers are unable to create a new VM with SSH key authentication.
Cloud servers themselves are unaffected - it's just the control of them from the client/panel.
We expect to have this fixed very soon.
In the meantime, the "force power off" feature still works and VMs can be created using the default "password" option.
