We can confirm that we have now resolved the issue with the phone system and are able to both make and receive calls.

Again, apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

We've been alerted to a problem with our phone systems as they are not working; we are currently unable to either receive or make any phone calls.

We're still investigating but will post updates here as soon as we know more.
